Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to take part in skill-based competitions with an entry fee. You are responsible for ensuring that using GGbounty is lawful where you live.

2. What GGbounty is

GGbounty lets players stake money on skill-based competitive gaming outcomes — 1v1 duels and bounties. Outcomes are determined by player skill in the relevant game, backed by proof and, where necessary, human review.

3. Stakes, fees, and payouts

  • You pay your stake or reward, plus a 5% service fee, at the time of creation or acceptance.
  • Winnings are credited to your GGbounty balance in euros.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in suspension.

4. Fair play

You agree to compete honestly. Cheating, account sharing, colluding to fix outcomes, smurfing against agreed rules, or manipulating results is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of stakes and a ban.

5. Results and disputes

Players report results honestly. When reports conflict, GGbounty reviews available evidence and makes a final decision. You agree that GGbounty's decision on disputes is final.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Targeting, harassing, or threatening real people off-platform.
  • Using GGbounty for anything unlawful.
  • Attempting to defraud other players or the platform.

7. Liability

GGbounty is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GGbounty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
